Responsible for supplying, installing and testing split type air condition unit / 1 to 2 split type air condition unit / VRV air condition unit (3147 sets of air condition outdoor unit, 5656 sets of air condition indoor unit), mechanical ventilation, thermal ventilator for the flats.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning and maintenance of HVAC installation includes: Water cooled chillers system (2,400 Tonnage), Heating water system, Water treatment system, Filtration system, Carpark exhaust system, Staircase and Lobby pressurization system, Smoke extraction system, Computer Room Air Conditioners, VAC control system and Building management system.
